I need to TONE up...
Seriously, I need to start getting exercise in my blood again but more often than not the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak... Oh yes, I gotta confess...
There's so much I want to do but 2 weekends are never enough (throw in some lazybones and tadahh nothing accomplished) :p
For starters, my legs are itching for a good good run. It's been ages since I had gone running. Round and round the stadium is where I used to go, nice flat ground, perfect! Throw in some fast tracks and the rounds go even faster.
Want to bike and blade too (although not realli an expert here) but the speed gives me an adrelin rush no less... Burn calories while doing something that I like? U bet!
Really got to work on my stamina... It's been a dip ever since I left my uniformed days behind haha...
Do you konw exercise release happy chemicals just like when you bite into a bar of chocolate minus all the calories and sin? It's true, you will feel more energised and calm after a fruitful bout of exercise. In fact, sweating it all out can be darn shiok.
Miss the days where I'll just laze by the pool on a weekday morning where the crowds are it's minimal. Just lazily watch the hours go by while getting a nice tan (too bad I am so tan proof that I need to go for long hours and days to get my tan to stay on) and dipping into the pool at intervals to fresh up. Aaaahhhh....those were the (still in school) days....
Maybe I'll start with some sit-ups and squats tonight *keep fingers crossed*
