Been cabbing recently due to a spate of OTs in the office recently.

It can be a pretty interesting experience depending on the way u see it when u hail a cab and get in for a journey.

Taxi drivers are generally a friendly lot. Some uncles (and the rare aunties) are chatty and love to make small talk with their passengers in the cab. Just like the uncle who drove my cab ydae who went on about how the auto line of jobs make money earning much more easier blah blah.

Digress: Waited for a cab with my fellow colleague (both squeezed dry ala sugar cane style after work) last nite and it was a looooooooooong wait so we resorted to calling a cab. Was on hold for so long b4 we managed to book a cab each.

Anyway back to the types of cab drivers one will meet. On the other hand, there are those silent quiet uncles whom I appreciate when I am zonked out.

One of my colleagues' hubby actually met a cabbie who toked to him about sexually explicit stuff. Hell, wat is wrong with that cabbie. Needless to say, my colleague's hubby was freaked out.
