Happy 2007!!!!

Wow, time reali flies and we have once again embraced a brand new yr! *Pop the champagne*

Bf and me decided to give the crowded and jam packed town areas aka Orchard and VivoCity a miss after spending X'mas in these areas. Instead we chose to make a sweet twosome affair at the bbq and other droolsome hawker fare Chomp Chomp at Serangoon Gardens.

Arrived there at close to 6pm and got a table since it wasn't very crowded. Ordered a medium bbq stingray, small plate of chilli doused sotong, oyster omelette (the usual stall which I used to order isn't there anymore so we gave a new stall a try but it was sub-standard only) and mutton and chicken satay. Yum! Plus a big and tall mug of sugar cane juice.

Totally refreshing and I feel darn happy to be away jostling from the rowdy crowds. We than took a short bus ride to Junction 8 and caught a movie, followed by a nuggets meal at MOS Burger. By then it was past 1130pm so we walked from J8 back to AMK. The clock struck 12 mid walk during our romantic walk and happy new yr wishes/greetings were exchanged.

To entertain ourselves, we started singing happy songs including CNY songs and laughed over how absurd people who heard us must be thinking. :p
