Will u leT iT liVe?

Saw a baby rat - it's eyes were not even opened yet and totally hairless, lying helplessly in the middle of the pavement.

It seems to be very very weak on the verge of death. Taking pity on it, a colleague used a plastic bag to pick it up and put it the side on the grass patch. So poor thing, I felt my heart wrenched.

We were discussing if we shld have put it out of its misery by killing it or by letting it struggle on is a gd idea. Guess even if the former suggestion is much advised, no one would have the heart to kill it.

Bless it's soul (though I know it will grow up to be a venomous creature).
