I have observed that many people seem to have a lagging reaction when the trafflic lights switch from red pedestrain to green pedestrain. Many seem rooted to the spot when the people standing at the back are picking up their feet to get across.

Are they realli afflicted with DRTTL inately or juz plain day dreaming in Mars?
