ExCrUCiATiNg WaIt

Was off work at 6pm yesterday...

Made my way to the mrt in under 5 mins and was happily toying with the idea of getting ample time to rest at home before I go out again at 7pm but alas it was not meant to be...

The train due to some technical delays earlier on (din specify the time) was delayed by double the usual time. When the first train arrived, it was jam packed to the door and I could not even step a foot in...

The next train arrived 6 mins later (usually it only takes 2-3mins) and boy, those were extremely looong 6 mins to me... By then it was already 620pm. I would haf by pass toa payoh at that timing~!

Managed to squeeze and squirm into the train and had a very uncomfy ride back to AMK. Sickening... It was alreadt 645pm when I reach AMK and my r&r dreams went up into smoke...

Hate it when trains are down... Shit.... especially when you are in a rush
